We collect personal data only when you voluntarily send it to us — for example via a WhatsApp message, email, or phone call, when you contact us with an inquiry, a tasting reservation, or a wine order.

Data received this way (e.g. name, phone number, email address, message content) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The website uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) for two functional purposes:

  • Age verification — remembers your confirmation that you are 18 or older, for 30 minutes, so the question isn't asked again on every page refresh.
  • Cookie preference — remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice, so the banner isn't shown again.
